Characters cannot be cheap, it is the user who is cheap after all of the arguing and flaming and spamming. Yes I use cyclops, That is why I CAN SAY that he is fine the way he is because I have experience knowing his strengths and flaws. He is just like the other characters in 1 sense - HE CAN BE BEATEN - Every character can be beaten so just close this topic up so no more flaming or spamming happen. Cyclops has been tweaked a lot since he was out do not tweak him anymore.
