Take away all that excess white by going at the right-down corner of the MS paint where the last space of the white area is. IF you see two arrows that are slanted it means you can minimize or maximize that area. So click and hold your mouse and move UP until you have the right angle.

I would show a screenshot of how to do it... but the mouse arrow wouldn't show.
