NO Timers

Hosting and Quick Gaming
No VIP/RAGE

I was thinking that Helpers should be optional but none of the TLF helpes or cody or guile

and for the VIP/RAGE i think it should be allowed only if you are VIP and you fight another VIP or Rage VS Rage or VIP vs Rage

Hope you keep these ideas in consideration...but you and travon will work it out and if theres any confusion conatact me
