nantuko joe, what you are talking in my opinion is not noob or anything cause even the expert do that sometimes.

you are more talking about the fact that they have no netiquette (sorry for this word dont know how to say it in english).

a nOOb for me is someone who ,even when you tell him, continue to ask the same question again and again !
