um.. I don't think that's 100% accurate. Cyclops' optic canon affects his power bar the way a regular fireball would. As for the "specific amount of increase" I'm not 100% certain... but what I can tell you is that if it's at all different from how the hadouken increases the power bar, then it'll be very small.

The optic canon doesn't increase it by 2/3... a couple of them... of course, will do that since it's a projectile move. Now are you complaining about the fact that it's easy to increase the power bar with this move (cause of its combination)... or that the move itself increases the power bar too quickly... cause either way, I don't think it's a big deal.

If your opponent's power bar increased at an alarming rate, it might have been cause of lag... the fact that you're recieve the packets of data he's transferring at a level that's far different from urs. :biggrin:
