[quoteost_uid0="Iplay2win"]there were also rumors that we wouldnt be at war if bush wasnt president...If Gore won then there would have been no attack...just a rumor though[/quote]
If Gore had won 4 years ago, then we would have done nothing following the 9/11 attacks. Gore would make the United States even more of a laughingstock to other countries than it already is.

Granted, I've argued pro-war in the past, there's no denying that. Hell, had I been eligable to vote 4 years ago, and if I could go back in time, I would have voted for bush 4 years ago. Only because having bush the past four years was a lot better than even thinking about what it would have been like with Gore.

Out of the two, bush was the best guy for the job 4 years ago. Not now though. Hell no, not now. First term, good. Second term: BAD.

I was pulling for Kerry this entire time, and it sucks that he conceded. Big time. It is true that neither Kerry nor bush said anything that I like. However, Kerry would have been a far better president this election than bush. Hell, the crazy redneck wants to reunite church and state, basing LAWS around his BELIEFS (IE: check out his stance on stem cell research). And there's no doubting that with him in charge yet again, he's gonna invade someone.....could be North Korea, could be anybody. And when he does, I wouldn't be surprised if a draft is tied to it's tail, with all the talk about it thus far. And I know this: once a draft rolls around, I'm gonna have to decide whether I'd like a permanent trip to Canada, never to return to my country, or live in a dingy little jail cell for two years.
