Heh.. Kester's tutorial won't teach what he's looking for. Anyways -- This is what you do capcom:

1. Click "Your Control Panel" (@ the top of the screen, right by your username).
2. Click "Personal Info"
3. Click "Edit Your Profile"
4. Scroll all the way down, and look for "Your Signature".
5. Upload a pic here.
6. To upload your pic on that site, click browse>search for your pic>open>submit.
7. You will be sent to another page, under "Link For Message Boards", copy the code that looks something like this:

[code:1]

[/code:1]

8. Paste the code inside of the "Your Signature" box... in your control panel.
