yea,since it was for u i didnt bother spending time on it, i can tell u da steps now,raint bucket bvrown bg,new layer, brush,dogde tool on the brsuh, and da pic, dublicate the brush layer,put on top pf pic,dublicate pic, blur it, and der ur done, and da text too,
