Sweet color choices.
Just work on blending Ryu a little more and don't blurr the background too much.
Even though the colors are nice, you should think about one color right now.
It'll help out more.

So...why did you change the orginal ryu's color to black?
I think white still looks aiight for him. Even though it suppose to be Dark Ryu.
