PROfe&#36&#36or already know Ken's Dragon Punch does more damage but, **VERIFIES** it anyway

Shin-Shouryuken isnt safe to use even if you combo it. There's a chance the oppnent blocks right after your opening hit because you weren't quick enough and then your in trouble (it's not the safest move to use against skilled players, i'm not talking bout n00bs).
