A firewall stops you from hosting. For all of you that are having this problem, go to "My Computer", and go to your network settings. While you're in there, turn your firewall off, and allow others to share the connection through your comp ;]

P.S There are also programs that have firewalls programmed into them, programs like "Zone Alert", "Mcaffe", ect. If you have those programs, or programs that are similar.. turn the firewall off in the program, or exit the program.
