The whole balance the game thing is bull shit, It is really starting to piss me off how you want to balance the game out when it is already out of whack. First of all in the arcade Ryu can't duck the hurricane kick. You can only block. Going down does nothing in the arcade. Second of all in the arcade a fireball super whipes out a regular fireball, so how come here it can happen. How come the hurricane kick super does more damage here then in the game. How come this game has helpers when they were only in Marvel vs Capcom 1 and 2. How come before doing a super you see Ryu's body come on the screen and it turns black and in the arcade it just happens without animation. How come here you can only jump over a fireball with a super jump. In the arcade you can jump over it without a superjump. A regular jump can do. I don't recall seeing Akuma being a character that can be seen with out going to the top level. I thought Zangief was in the game, don't you? I never know Spider-Man, Iceman and Captain America were in the game either. I thought Ryu said more then one thing when you beat someone. I was pretty sure there 17 playable characters not 20. I don't recall the hurricane kick super the strongest move in the game. So don't tell me bullshit about how you are attempting to balance until you can fix what I just posted above.
