Gohan will obviously turn super saiyan 4 sooner or later so I'm not really surprised, but let's not try to change the subject.

1. The picture is so messed up, I have no idea what you did to it but it's doesn't suit the banner.
2. The BG is....Okay, but it needs more colors, that's not interesting to see or it doesn't look good for instance....You need more colors and the effects are pretty nice.
3. Get a new picture that actually suits the banner and don't just paste it there, do something to it like blending. For more further info, go to Virtual-Fighters blending options or just try your on style. It's easy trust me.
4. Try to do a decent border, it doesn't add spice to your banner, but it's good to see the border stand out also.
5. Keep trying to do your best, you'll acheive your goal hopefully unless you have a second choice to quit GFX.
