i beg to differ
every pro ryu user on this game knows the satsu version of ryu sux ass compared to regular Ryu.

and the way for shin akuma to be cheap is distance, not closeness, u need that 2 level up to do a chain combo of the
raining energy balls with lvl-1 shungokusatsu right after- which is unblockable if youhave distance and they have no helpers.

yes ken is open to an attack if he misses but if he scores one of them hadrugens the most effective way, you can take out 4/5 of their life with one shot and... yea as i said b4, the best shoto for THIS game is Ken.
