uhh no it dusnt... moron. isnt that wut u do to the other pics u find in google like ryu or ken or any other character pics or sumthin? u take it and modify it and put ur name... wut i did was the same thing u moron. and i admitted it 2... i jus put my name there to say who made the modifications and changes on it, so dunt b lecturing me foo... i know wut im doing.
