I have been getting this error for awhile now. Whenever I load up the game, at any location (that includes both versions at backup.n3.net and the netscape version) it refuses to load, instead presenting me with a black screen.
Upon reading the FAQ at length it proposed that I turn off my firewall, which I did, and now it occasionally works. However, just as Clan Wars have rolled around, it has begun playing up again, and now that there is a new update in place I haven't been able to access the game all day. Please help, anyone - I've tried everything (cache clearing, rebooting, firewall destruction!).
