And I have told you that this strategy will never work, unless you are facing someone who has little clue about the games strategies.

Anyways, here are some strategies:

Ryu/Akuma: Get into a fireball war with him, if you aren't facing a VIP, he's easy cake. Don't get close to him and when he does his regular psycho crusher super, just jump over it or do a shinkuu hadouken.
