Bison overall is a character that needs more improving, why?
His normal moves are very weak, the only normal moves worth using are his crouching HP and jumping HP. His special moves aren't good and hard to do (on keyboard), example? The fireball in which he charges up a bit is nearly useless, it is slow on start up (which means Bison is open for hit) and the overall damage isn't worth it. His other fireball is slow on start up (so Bison is vulnerable to incoming attacks), but the speed increases at the fireball accelerates. You can do a low fireball, medium fireball and high fireball. Stay away from fireball battles, but you can use this as an anti-air.
His scissors kick is quite hard to do (on a keyboard) and is not that useful. It's hard to use it if you don't know where your opponent is, only use if you pull out a helper that hits the opponent (and a good helper at that), but don't bother to use this move. His head stomp into air drive isn't worth it, you have to charge it up for 2 seconds (seconds in which you are open for any attacks), and you will find out that many times you won't be able to do the head stomp. His teleportation is good, but it lowers your meter (and Bison needs meter to survive), so only use this if you have 1.5 of your meter filled up and only use the teleportation when you appear in the air, not on the ground and make sure you teleport towards your opponent (Bison works best with a up close battle).
His Psycho Crusher super can negate fireballs (although not beams), but it is a slow super and can be seen coming from "a mile away". It can be jumped over or shot down by a beam super (or orb super). I wouldn't use this as a Shinkuu Hadouken-esque super, because it is slow and if you want to travel towards your opponent, just teleport. but if you are close to your opponent and you know they won't go to the other side when you do the super psycho crusher, then use it (preferably in the corner), just make sure they don't go to the other side when you use it or you'll most likely eat a super.
His other super where he rotates and makes an orb is what makes him survive. If you want to use a super, use this one and try to be in the middle of the screen when you use it so that the opponent has to be forced to block it and get hit. You can combo this from a chrouching HP into orb super.
Overall, Bison is a weak character, his normals are weak, his specials are weak and he has only one viable move to use (orb super). the problem with this is that he builds meter very slowly, so you are going to be doing a lot of close up HP attacks. This makes him just bad to use. Unless you have the VIP Bison and play close up all day (which you should be doing), you shouldn't use Bison as your main character, unless you don't care about winning. Did I mention he is quite slow?
