I do know some site made a flash game of Steet Fighter 2 , i played it, u just use ryu and ur first fight is sagat(which is impossible cause the game gives sagat alot of his moves) while u only have hadoken and an uppercut :/. Other than that u could download emulators and play illegal roms of fighting games( MK, SF etc) .
