i got jumped when i was 10 the two guys were 17....damn young offenders act should be changed i think it has gotten to the point where it is laughable.
Don't know if there is a young offenders act in america but you go to kiddie jail you have a record but your identity can not be resleased to the media and when you turn 18 your record gets thrown away i think.
but what 17 year does not know the difference between right and wrong?
kinda makes me want to go back in time and rob some banks hide the money in a hole and wait till im 18, then get a clean slate dig up my stolen money and pay for school....maybe i'll mention that "strategy" to my kids  that is if i have kids one day. it will certainly save me some money as i assume that by the time i have kids tuition will be like 10 grand a year.
