for less lag do these options,

music off
slow connection on, backround off, don't touch lag compensation, becuase it's defualt setting is the least laggy one.

i also recommend disable dashing, becuase dashing can really screw you up on a laggy computor

no i have always said for slow to be on, and for compenstaion not to be touched.
