no they're not. since the war started there have been a poop load of innocent civillian deaths. oh yes, we feel all happy when we hear "and a smart bomb has brought down saddam's pallace" but do we really feel for saddam's custodian? what about the school across the street?

yes, we might have "smart" weapons, but we use them in a dumb way. and, 78% of all casualties (according to the LA times) have been done using a gun. these all depend on your skill range. sometimes its hard to shoot the guy with the gun, instead hitting the boy running away.

and we're not gonna use a nuclear bomb. c'mon, folks, quit acting so ignorent.
