its all fliping puff. people in movies do different excersises to give the puff look, but not real muscel. i mean, yeah, its muscel, but in the strong man compititions.. that doesnt look like they're all that strong, but fliping BAM! they lift up 400 pounds.

and flipin ahye! you put the picture for his album?!? dubya tee eff is that? dont make me put the picture from one of stalone's god awful romantinc commedies >=)
