omg man, look NEVER use those type of borders just Zoom in, get the pencil tool at 1px and hold shift and go around the tag. There you go.

First, text is missplaced (and bad), theres no border, and the Hulk don't blend (use brushes) and get rid of the filters.

If you need a tut on borders and stuff (maybe like a private tut) just ask me man.
