If you're going to rate someone, at least rate them in a way they can understand *perfectly*, and not vaguely.
I'll give you... a 7/10; mostly, because you speak of things, sometimes, with lack of knowledge; which, as you can guess, makes you look both bad and stupid. ^_^;
