ok virtual can i plz get a a banner that has ryu on it and him doing his tornado kick..with the blue on the floor also in the bacground like icocles w.e how u spel make it look cold in the banner

and like a sparkly stu f in the banner.. color white if youknow what i mean snow white and my name in it Dark_Blanka and Missfits.. thx for your time...
