Hmm.. "kick ups" don't actually measure up to how you'll perform in a real game. However it is a good skill to have in the sport.
I'm not one to do too many of them.. I just fly with the ball and try my possible best to beat defenders with body movements.. :biggrin: .. it also helps that I'm not that big.. so moving is by FAR easier for me than some other blokes :biggrin:
And in high school, I always went against players who were like 4 - 5 years older than me and such.. so it was kinda rough.. but it was all good. Makes you tougher in the end... should take some more shots too though :biggrin:
