First, click "Your Control Panel", after that click "Personal Info", next.. Click "Edit Your Profile", scroll all-the-way to the bottom of that page. Now you should see "Your Signature" . Go upload an image here, click browse, and choose your picture that you want. After this, click upload.. Now you should see the properties of your uploaded image/banner along with it's code.

It should look similar to this:

[code:1][IMG]whatevr[/IMG][/code:1]

Copy, and paste the BBCode inside of the box next to "Your Signature".
