To play Street Fighter Online, you need Shockwave 8.5.. the game doesn't seem to run on the lastest version of Shockwave.

Go to http://www.streetfighteronline.com/download.htm .. to get Shockwave 8.5.. If you are still having problems when playing the game after you download Shockwave 8.5, then I suggest you to clean your cache.

You can do that by:

1: go to tools>internet options
2: click the "delete files" button
A. a drop-down message should appear.. with the contents of, "delete all offline content" ... check the box and hit the OK button.
3: restart your computer
4: u'r done :biggrin:
