More color isn't ganna work...it will kill it more.
If you want to make it look like an ice effect then i suggest make it more detailed by useing filter>sharpen> sharpen.
Cause i'm really feeling your work.
but its good I'd but not agreeing with whatever these other people are saying.
Still...great work.
