try not spending as much time infront of the computer- I don't mean that as a diss. The time spent infront of the computer can actually get you wired and cause your nerves to to be on edge. About an hour or two before you want to go to sleep -- try sleeping at a decent hour as well not 2 3 in the morning-- read a book or listen to the radio. I guarantee after a couple of days trying this, you will be able to sleep again no problem.
