like i said in the other topic... the admins and moderators most likely havent transfered in bytes to the chat servers.. or you need to restart your computer and try again.. if restarting doesn't work then try to reach the servers in the next couple of hours..
it can also mean that the servers are full but i doubt their are that many people playing the game at this time...
