they can but there will always be SURVIVORS or animal survivors like if the world was going to get hit by an asteroid some people might escape with animals on a spaceship in the iceage there were survivors when eart got hit byt an asteroid [might not be true] there were some survivors no matter what some animals/people will survive if there is a so called god he will make shure that there are survivors of each gender so we can start all over again this mabey not be true but it is possible there can be survivors
