can i have a banner made from Z-z or vampire ninja

can i have a picture of venom with his toungue sticking outon the right side and a picture of symbiote spidey on the left side
can i have a blackish or dark blue background with the pics fading into it.
and pofter killer written in the bottom right corner in white tagg
