This is how it should work.

Member that want a banner. Please do not PM a member from the list. Reason because then you make a thread. Please post this

I want this person to do it: [Name goes here]
Picture:Akuma
Color:Red and black
Font:My name
etc

so one of our banner creator won't be making banner for no reason
