first tell me what kinda program you are using to make these banners.
second.. i like the bg.. and the pic.. but i think you could ofused a different type of blendin mode on the pic with the bg.
also you should download more fonts.
http://1000fonts.com you need winzip to extract each download then you must put the font file in the main font folder.
