If you have the web version of the game, those methods on that page should help you out.. (ie: clean u'r cache)

If you follow those procedures and your game is still freezing, then you must be have the lastest version of Shockwave.. for somewhat the lastest version doesn't work that very good =/.. get Shockwave 8.5 from
