dude u r able to block but when someone pulls off a fast super e.g. shinkuu haduken then u don't have time and if youtry to block during the time that the little pic appears then u will still lose (why u ask) because u are stopping urself from blocking u have to time it and when it stops u hold back because when u block during the picture for some reason it doesn't register and might in fact just stick you especially during a special like the Temma gou zankuu
