Havent gotten cable connection yet cause Im out of a job right now. Just recently quit because my boss...well...well he's the antichrist

anyway....I turn off all the programs and stuff its completely clean on startup but still the lag is there and guess always be. Well thnx guys I'll give it a shot turning EVERYTHING off (usually leave the efx sound on).
