Oh, i see. Though that is also a good way, i believe that training them one-by-one with a designated trainer is the best way. This will teach them their strengths and weaknesses, which they can improve on. A factory-like method, though effective, will only make them average players. A hands-on experience with one-by-one training will make them into much better fighters.
