Its good 2 be back. My computer has been re formatted now, thanks to you all and dell technians (had a feeling the 1st person i talked to didnt know what he was talking about on dell support hotline). Im installing all of my old programs like wordperfect, norton anitvirus as we speak. I should have everything up and running nomraly in about 2-3 days. I still will have to download all 21 dell updates that i had to recently download before my computer went down though. This could take a while.

but should be done soon.

Btw, ive found another problem with my computer. My speakers dosnet work. Im not hearing anything from them. Does any1 know how to fix this?
