DAN may have a few moves that are useless, but its the same for all characters ! name me one characters that do not have any moves who are useless ?
the autograph thing isn't useless if you do the fast one, its an easy 2 hit combo starter ! and don't tell me its slow, as when he pulls out the paper it hits then he sign and then throw it as fast as that which is another hit. the slowest one is useless tho.
as for any other moves, i don't see how cammy has good anti air moves as she takes time to go forward first which is making it useless if the guy is right above you ! while dan gouryuken goes upward and not forward it is a better anti-air move !

I agree with Karma. A good Dan user should be feared. My guess is people don't like him either because they can't use him right, or becuase he's wearing pink..
A downfall to Dan in this game is the factor of lag.. It would be hard to reach Dan's full potential with lag being involved.
