It is possible to put a moving picture (gif.) on a banner using "Jasc AnimationShop 3.0. All you have to do is.. Open a banner that you want to add a moving picture to, and after that.. Open up the Moving picture (gif.).

Now.. When you do this, look at how many frames the moving picture has. If it has about.. Let's say.. 20, go to the banner that you opened, and duplicate the amount of frames that banner has to "20". Select all on the banner, and select all on the moving picture.

Drag the moving picture into the moving banner.. Well really.. Copy, and paste the moving picture inside of the banner, when you finish doing all of this you should be okay.

O, and one last thing.. Save as, well I'm sure you know that.
