Just wanna know who you think is the best shoto of all time..?! ??? I will have to say Evil ryu/Shin Akuma......shin akuma's level 1 raging demon makes him one of the best in my point of view...and then there is evil ryu...he can do the raging demon,do all of ryu's normal moves and akumas fireball..!!so thats why i will have to say those two..
