I know that but considering he would have three specials for each level (according to the Zangief I mentioned) and since his grab is like the RD's, they'll be room for improvement and practice if you had the move performed by a button sequence (you would have to remember all the button combinations for each level with Zangief).

but then again, if we did have it the original way, (360 degree rotation) it could just be 360 with punches and for level 2, 360 with kicks, and for level 3, 360 with 1/start button.
