I agree that the servers are lagged sometimes, but do you think that would be a good idea? If there were a limit ofusers to each server, that would mean that if they were full and someone would want to play...they couldn't. They could add more servers, but I dont think that will happen. Also, if there was a limit ofusers to each server, what if people just sat on the server all day without fighting? I't wouldn't allow the people who wanted to fight, fight.

I don't know, maybe that's just my oppinion. You'r idea is good though, trying to finding a way to eliminate some of the lag.
