1 - true, charlie probably won't have that many moves ! not for vip at least ! (aka, his regular 3 moves plus the vip one)
2 - dan hibiki is as worth it as any other characters int hat poll, you are just a retard to think one char is better then the others
3 - how can you know you will be good with one char when you only played him in a game that doesn't even resemble in any way this online game ?
