Wait wait people calm down, its just a banner. It does take a lot of time, i see that you have put a lot of time into it. but you should try and put a little more into it. The background everything is too plain. Try to spice it up a bit okay. Now stop this fighting over a banner.

People we should be encouraging him so he could do better. Tell him what he needs, don't just tell him he suck.
