Sure he can, look under the post, like under your post, it says this at the bottom:

Total Posts: 365 | Joined Aug. 2001 | Posted on: 3:37 pm on Sep. 17, 2001 | IP

See the last things says IP, if a Admin clicks it and enters a password or something then he can view the IP of the person who posted.
