First, I really think we should take this else where, chic.

Second, Rose may be a part of Bison, but that means little. That only means she's part of him, not that she shares his strength.

Third, I didn't really say Sakura could beat Rose. Honestly, I don't think there is a way for us to tell who would win between them, and I think they wouldn't fight anyway, if they had met. I mean, Sakura is a traveling fighting school girl, and Rose is a psychic soul power user who *was* going after Bison (until they united, shortly after kicked the bucket thanks to Akuma). Honestly, I don't think they'd ever cross paths.

Fourth, Rose only has one projectile attack, if you don't count her using her super version. Her distance attacks don't give her much distance anyway. What's 1 foot of a shawl going to do to someone, especially if they dodge it?

Fifth, Sakura is 16 during SFA3; she is not a little girl. Even if she was, that would be more of a reason for Ryu to consider her his rival. but doesn't, because both of them already HAVE rivals. Ryu has Ken, and Sakura has Karin. Also, why would Sakura make her idol into her rival?

Sixth, Sakura did meet with Bison, and she did fight with him, alongside Ken, while Ryu was Psycho Ryu. Bison ended up having to flee from that battle, but he didn't do bad damage to Sakura or Ken like he did to Rose.
